To create an ad on Escortopia you must be 18 years of age or older.

Content

It is under no circumstances permitted to include information about other people including but not limited to e-mail, phone number, address, images, or otherwise refer to the identity of people than yourself.

Copyright and Takedown Policy

The person who advertises must be the rightful owner of all intellectual property that is used in their ad. Proof of ownership must be provided on request.
Escortopia reserves the right to remove any material from our site that is believed to infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
The person who purchases an ad on Escortopia will not be entitled to a refund of their purchase in case their ad is removed due to a terms violation

Right of withdrawal

The one who purchases an ad forfeits the right to withdraw the purchase. The standard 14-days of withdrawal right is not applicable to the purchase of ads on Escortopia since use of the service starts immediately after the purchase is completed

The privacy policy describes how your information is handled by Escortopia.

Escortopia cvr.: 44829928 handles your data in correspondence with Danish and European law.

The Information Handled by Us

Escortopia handles the information you provide when you log in and create an account or an ad. Your IP address will be logged and stored for a duration of one week.

Anonymity and Sharing of Data

Your information is only accessible by employees of Escortopia. Subcontractors such as, but not limited to, Stripe Inc., might obtain access to relevant subsets of data.

We need to collect your data to let you advertise.

Any disputes concerning escortopia.dk, agreements made thereon, or purchases made on escortopia.dk, must be resolved in accordance with Danish law. Disputes must be brought before a Danish court. The Danish version of our terms or other legal documents supersedes versions of the documents that might be written in other languages.
